Lonely China Day |
|
Spring of 2007 offers a momentous occasion for North Americans to see for themselves what Chinese audiences are gawking about. If you find yourself at this year’s annual SXSW extravaganza then you're in luck. Lonely China Day’s first U.S. tour ends in Austin just in time for several showcases and parties including a JellyNYC showcase with Cat Power, Anthony & the Johnsons, and Yoko Ono. These idealistic gentlemen are more than ready for their piece of the west. Before the tour was booked we asked Deng Pei when he wants to cross the Pacific and play? His only response was, "Shall we go tomorrow?" Tomorrow is just around the corner and with it you too will see Lonely China Day leading the indie rock charge just on the horizon. [back] |
